Misool is not one place — it is hundreds of islands, each with its own secret. Here are the destinations we love most, shown through the eyes of someone who grew up here.
I grew up in Misool before most of the world knew it existed. I watched the tides as a child, learned to read the currents before I could read a map, and spent my teenage years navigating these waters the way my grandfather taught me — by instinct, by stars, and by the stories passed down through generations.
When travellers started arriving, I saw them leave with beautiful photographs but without the thing I treasured most: the feeling of truly belonging here, even for a moment. That's why I started Live in Misool — not to show you Misool, but to let you feel it from the inside.
Every route we take, every stop we make, every meal we share along the way — it comes from a lifetime of knowing this place. Not from a travel brochure. Not from Google Maps. From home.
